Commercial Roofing for Mallorca Hotel

The project involved the complete installation of a new commercial roofing system for a boutique hotel preparing to open in Mallorca, Spain. The primary objective was to provide a durable, weather-resistant roof capable of withstanding the harsh coastal environment characterized by high humidity, salt air exposure, and strong winds. In addition to structural protection, the roofing system needed to enhance the building’s energy efficiency and support its sustainable design goals.

The project began with the thorough removal of any existing roofing materials and comprehensive preparation of the roof deck.
